virtual dub sync problem

    I am trying to split a x-vid file with virtual dub but the audio sync is always out!!!!!
    Can anyone help?
    I read an article about keyframes but I'm not sure what they are!

    Thank's Dela, but now I have another problem!
    Just as nero start's to encode my video it shuts off alltogether, Ive tried easy cd creator but my movie is upside down.
    Can you help again?

    Dont use Nero to encode it use TMPGEnc or something!

    i ran that update thing for virtualdub and i couldnt get it to work, i run xp so i extract all the files but it wont find some of them? i need instructions!!!
