"Decompress the entire audio stream to an uncompressed WAV file and recompress with a constant birate encoder." --------------------------------------- What program do I use to "decompress the audio stream to an uncompressed WAV file" AND recompress with a constant birate encoder??? Thanks for ANY help!
First of all, wrong forum. I've moved the thread now. And secondly, please use the search before asking. And the solution: Load the file, use VDub's Save WAV and re-encode the audio using CBR.
