virtualdub output avi is way to big

    hey, when i try to join to avi files, the output of the avi is huge... over 40GB. Am i doing somthing wrong?

    i click open file
    append
    save as avi...

    am i missing a step, or do i need to download somthin else (some type of codec)?

    Under the 'Video' and 'Audio' memus, make sure you have 'Direct Stream Copy' selected.
