When i bought my computer it came with Vista Preinstalled, and came with a reinstallation CD, my question was that if i install XP and later want to go back to Vista, when i use the Reinstallation CD will i have to put in a SERIAL????
If one came with the reinstallation CD, I suppose you would, but it being a reinstallation cd, I doubt seriously that you could install only Vista from the disc. If you have no control over what can be installed from the reinstallation CD, then I doubt seriously that you will have to enter any number.
