well ive been installing vista for 1hour and 15 mins now and its stuck on completing installation the harddrive activsy light keeps going on n off ervy now n then ? is it stuck or have i done somthing wrong when it has finshed installing it rebooted and said now starting windows vista for the first time and ti came onto this screen with the completing installation the blinking dots after completing installtion are still going so i know it hasnt frozen ? spec: e6750 asus p5n-e sli motherboard 2gig ocz sli ready ram 8800gts 320mb thanks
you should have posted this in another section where it belongs. i hope someone can give you the solution.
The P5N-E SLI is not compatible with Windows Vista. You will need to replace it with a different board to run that Operating System. This is strongly recommended as in the last few months the P5N-E SLI board has had over a 50% failure rate.
