Since I moved to Vista i have not been able to burn a dvd with out audio synch problems.

I am using nero 7 and trying to burn an avi file to disc by saving on the hdd as ts files then burn to disc.

When i make the chapters everything is fine but then burn to ts(video) files i play them before burning and the sound is way out of synch.

I have installed the klite codec pack which didnt help, sincer a reformat i was advised to install the Vista codec package 452 which again as left me with problems.

I am not sure what else to do, please help.

Well WinAVI and ConvertXtoDVD are the most popular Nero alternatives around here, but perhaps you should try ffdshow instead of the codec packs above. Also what are your PC specs. I am thinking you may be short on resources for running Vista(espically in 64 bit) and running Nero at the same time.
