Ok, here is what is going on if anyone can help me. I have a Westell like 4200 router/gateway for DSL. I use a VPN Client for work, me and my wife both work for this same company and we both have to be connected around the same time of day. Well, when she is connected and I connect the VPN disco's her and lets me on and same if she logs back in. I was on the phone with an engineer and was told that the VPN issue would be fixed if I would use a static IP address. So, I contacted my ISP, and I know more than anyone of them in the local offices. I finally just got the IP addresses that go into the router/gateway. ( now keep in mind that made 2 IP address for 1 router, I dont know if using 2 at the same time is possible from this router?) then they gave me 2 addresses to use on the 2 PC that need to connect to the VPN. I can not find anything on the net about how to get 2 IP address connected at the router/gateway. I know how to setup a basic XP static IP and that never helped thats why they gave me 2 IP address to use that go somewhere with the gateway/router. If anyone can help me that would be great! Thanks
