Hi Hope someone can assist me with my problem ... I'm totally new to using VSO ConvertXtoDvd but as I've heard it raved over I decided to give it a try - loaded avi no probs (these work perfect on comp) set-up menu locations ok - pressed convert and away it went then on checking back later I found it had failed , this is the message - Exception raised in conversion Thread with message 'Floating point division by zero" Any ideas Cheers
Hi could you post the entire log file? you will find it here C:\Documents and Settings\'your user name'\Application Data\Vso) Have you tried with any other files, or is it just this one giving you a problem (this is important to know) thanks
Oops problem seems to have sorted itself out ... DUH!! switched comp off restarted and hey presto tried same files and voila PERFECT. Thanks for replying
