    Here is what I got:

    One laptop with Vista
    Two laptops with 7
    One desktop with Vista

I am using the desktop as my "hub". It has the printer, three 1TB external HDD and two internal 500GB HDs.

I want to be able to wake up the desktop with one of the laptops over the network because the printer and HDs don't work while it is asleep.

Does that make sense? Does anybody have any suggestions?

If I would have waited one more hour...... After searching more, I found this:

1.On the target computer in Device Manager or in the network settings select the network card.
    2.Click on: Properties
3.Click on the configure button of the network card.
    4.Select the tab: Power management
5.Set a check mark at: Allow this device to bring the computer out of standby
    6.Click on: OK
7.Continue to close all property pages.

I'm going to try this, if anybody has anything else to try, let me know.
