why can't i play my walmart wma's on mp3 player that can play wma's...also is there free software that can cahnge my wma's to mp3's so i can try that...
"You need a WMA-compliant portable player that supports DRM. Not all media players that support WMA will support DRM." http://musicdownloads.walmart.com/catalog/servlet/HelpTopicServlet?topicIndex=6 And due to the DRM I don't know wether it's possible to convert them directly to mp3s but you could rip them from CD after burning. Check the software section of the site for converters and test or wait for someone who knows better to answer. Although I have my doubts about the direct conversion. EDIT: Some kind of a list of players that can play wma-files with DRM9: Creative Nomad IIc Creative Nomad Jukebox III 20GB Creative Nomad Jukebox Zen 20GB USB 2.0 MP3 Player Creative Nomad Jukebox III 40GB - Digital player Creative Nomad MuVo 128MB Creative Nomad MuVo NX 128MB RIO Nitrus 1.5GB RIO Cali Sport RIO Chiba iRock 830 128MB MPIO (FY100)

The best solution to this problem is to avoid Walmart like the plague, especially online. Why someone would, when presented with an overwhelming abundance of online music stores, pick Walmart for their musical needs positively boggles my mind. Walmart, in my mind, is the absolute antithesis of any kind of culture, and thus music... I'll stop ranting while i'm ahead.
