Want to save video on website (my Streambox can't do it)

How can I record video clips to my hard drive which are played on web sites? Usually I have no problem but I can't save either of these two clips:

I use "Streambox version 1b31 (tweaked by SMFTurbo)" but for reason these two clips can't be recorded.

Is there some option in Streambox which I can set to get this sort of video saved to my harddrive?

Right click at the page in your browser, then select "view source". In the source file search for media extensions, like (wmv, rm ...). Then copy/paste full URL in blank browser window and press enter.

    Windows Media Video.
    Play video.
Right click on video and select Properties.
    Copy Location URL.
    http://video.gprime.net/media/video/reallifevsinternet.wmv
    Download.

    Shockwave Flash Video.
    Play video.
Right click outside of video and select View Source.
    Copy embedded URL.
    http://www.rathergood.kewlio.net/flash/fishy_song_web.swf
    Download.
You could also copy this from your Temporary Internet Files folder.

If you have never played a local .swf file on your computer, it may not be associated. If it asks what program to use to open the file, you can select Internet Explorer.

Much more information at the link below.
