one problem iv come to over and over when it comes to file destributing and other things, is SIZE! Bandwith, Transfer rates, Room avliable, Storage, Everything always comes back to a problem with running around with never enough room. Untill now. I Introduce you to a compressed ISO in RAR form, Originally over a gigabyte in size, Now only 840kb (about one 1,000th of what it was, AKA 00.1%) Code: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=3M5TDGDL Anyone think they can figure out how to pull it off with this good of lossless compression, Then feel free to try and top it, untill then, Hack fun~ =P ------------ Note to mod`s: If the following file used in the demonstration (a homebrew PS2 game) is against the ToS to have on here, please edit out the link and lock the topic. Sorry for the inconvenience.
The rate of compression of he ISO is nothing to do with Shrink. It's WinRAR that controls how compressed the ISO is.
Yes, so it is WinRAR you should be looking at to achieve such compression rates, not DVD Shrink.. or am I missing the point?
