i got my 2 weeks ago and the battery is stuffed so i have to send it to warranty but when i went to collect it on the net, it says i need proof of purchase coz they think my warranty has expired when it hasnt. so i sent in my proof of purchase and they still havent called me back after a week and half. [bold]hav i done something wrong? should i send it again? do they work during christmas? someone help!!! i need my ipod to be fixed!!![/bold] someone help me PLEASE!!!
Just calm yourself, they must have an army of people to deal with who have iPod problems so it is bound to take a few weeks. For peace of mind, why don't you call them and chase them up rather than wait for them to call you?
