I have a keyboard that has seen its better days. I have heard that you can simply put a keyboard in the dishwasher and it will clean it up. I was thinking of trying to do this with this older keyboard just for s@$ts and giggles. Anybody else ever hear being able to do this? If so, is there a special way of doing it? Just curious.
Have you tried using a baby/wet wipe? I would just put it in the dishwasher just for the hell of it. If you stick it in with a clothes wash with some conditioner, it will smell nice too! LOL!!!
i usually take the keyboard apart to thoroughly manually clean it using windex & paper towel. make certain there is no liquid laying in between the mylar trace sheets or some keys won't work.
You can put an oldschool keyboard in the dishwasher. Just make sure you let it dry out over night. I did it with one of our old ones and it works like a charm.
Actually, this keyboard is sort of a multi-media keyboard I have laying around. Would it not work for this kind and really only for a standard one?
OMG ye try it jus for if not anything else i would really like to know of the results hehe sounds like a ryt laugh lol hehe chris
