Watching TV shows on line

There are videos i can't watch because they are not available to viewers outside the usa, is there a way around this? Or to pretend that I am in fact in the USA.

 

Try searching for a proxy I use one for watching video from the UK not available to U.S. Here is the link I use for that http://defilter.co.uk/ here is a list of various proxies

Not knowing a lot about computers how do I use the proxy?

 

you just go to the url for the proxy then it opens a search bar within that takes you to the sites outside your home country
