i have 2 questions: first off i am a music producer & engineer with my own recording studio. i work with a lot of sample cd`s from various companies. i downloaded a sample disk in ccd & cue format from a friend the other day. i noticed that the sample rate on some of the samples were less than 441k and would not play using cdxtract. so my question is: 1. how can i correct the sample rate without breaking down the image if its possible. 2.if i do have to break it down to lets say into individual sound files, how do i compile the files to make a cue, bin, ccd, ect, again?
For resampling, you're going to need an editor of some description. Myself I use WaveLab. There are a few others out there, but the biggest problem is going to be the missing frequencies. I'm willing to bet these are at 32KHz, right? That gives you a top end of 16K, and fingers crossed that there will be no aliasing. As for recompiling, try UltraISO. You'll have to google it, but it does just about everything you can think of with disc images/cue files/ISO images, the whole 9 yards. LOL
well actually they vary fro 40k down to 32k. i also use wavelab. i`m going to try that ultraiso. thanks
