I have no techniquel knowledge but I want to create a website. What is the easiest way to go about this...What program should I use?

well okay i did that, but isnt that just a forum...i was talking about a website you know or maybe i dont know what im talking about....
Try googling 'free web host', or something along that line. You could also check with your ISP to see if they offer it.
