Weg games multiusers

I downloaded a web game and installed. The game plays fine except when I try to run it under other users. When I open the game up I get error box. On top in the blue it says "Director Player Error". Inside the box it say "list expected to handler #count". I have searched this on net, without resolve. Please Help. Thanx.
