Got the phone bill today got 3 differnt charges 30 some dollers. My girl friend got on here and filled out stuff to win free items and such, the companys names are (Surfsafe internet,Intelecom,ILD Telesercices,) What the heck can some body explain this I dont have a phone line running in my computer I have cable, Im Mad I guess all I can do is call the phone company tell them to cancel this crap,

wow sorry, I didnt no there was new rules I will change it asap. well Dont get verizon there shady, 1st time I called I could not understand the person at all. 2end time They said they would cancel everything (Intelecom) and I would be refunded for the past 3 months, Then she said they have nothing to do with surfsafe So I freaked out because it says surfsafe on there bill.(it was also hard to hear this person) Still mad I called a 3erd time The man that pickup said he could only handle the surfsafe stuff he said it would be canceled and I would be refunded. It was like I could not get my money back untill I told them I would contact the better business bureau. Very shady and weird well I wounder If I will get my money back
