Since this is blu-ray related, and I want to hook up my ps3 to my digital reciever/dvd player, what am I doing wrong? have purchased a optical cable. I connected the ps3 to my digital reciever/dvd player, and I changed the sound option on the ps3 to optical, I turned on the reciever, and I can't get sound. What am I doing wrong? Someone please help, no matter what I do, change the reciever to AUX mode, DVD mode, or AM/FM mode, nothing works. What am I doing wrong?
nothing i had that problem and all i had to do was update the ps3 firmware, the first batch of the systems are really screwy so update to the newest firmware and all should b fine
