what can i use to extract subtitle from my dvd ?

helo! I need help in subtitle but got connection with dvd. i dono where to post well, i juz wanna know wat tool should i use to extract subtile from my dvd?

but the subtitle is in chinese.

 

Whilst I would imagine that OCR'ing Chinese is much harder than English, I guess it is still possible. Fact is that if you just want to rip the subtitles, you can use VSRip to extract them as VOBSub's.

Now i know da way, thx alot. but i still have 1 more question. ACtually subrip rip da subtitle that is in optional only. meaning is that the only subtitle can only be ripped using subrip is the sub that we need to use our remote control to select the subtitle. so, thats mean if the subtitle already inside togetther with the picture, how to rip out? subrip cant detect da subtitle. can anyone help me?

 

You have to crop it out of your video file.
