What do I do once I get my m2v and wav files?

    I am just now getting started with DVDs. I read the FAQ and downloaded the trial version of TMPGEnc.exe to convert a movie to mpeg2 format as a test. I ran a movie through the trial version of TMPGEnc.exe and now I have a .m2v and a .wav. I can not find any documentation describing what the next step is to getting these files on a DVD. Can anyone help?
