what do i do?

Hello.

I think I made an disc image of videos I had on dvd-rw. But now, I don't know what to do.

There are two folders on my HDD One is VIDEO_TS and the other is VIDEO_RM
There is another file that is an ISO file with a picture of a CD next to it, and the file size is 3.76 GB

Now, I want to access the titles of the image and edit them (edit start stop times) How can I do this?

you can open the iso with iso buster http://www.isobuster.com/ get the free version, tthen you can extract the files / folders you want edit then burn with the likes of nero.

if you have nero or alcohol or any other program that gives you a virtual drive, you can mount the iso on it and play or open the disc.Daemon tools is also a good source of a virtual drive.
