I have a CD burner on my computer. I am able to burn audio with it. What drivers or software do I need to install in order to burn DVDs and VCDs from mpg, AIV, and WMF? Thanks for your help in advance.
If its a CD writer, you wont be burning DVD's. Note you will be able to burn SVCD and VCD with a CD Writer. Nero Vision Express is all you'd want to compress, author and burn. Although there are many more apps such as TMPGEnc out there that are also of good standard.
Go to the Afterdawn's forum http://forums.afterdawn.com/forum_view.cfm/40 and read some of the 'sticky' threads there. Obviously, to burn a DVD you'll need a DVD burner. A CD burner is not enough (you'll only able to burn (S)VCDs with it).
