The E5200 is a good CPU, but ECS motherboards are terrible, I'd advise you change that. Other than that, you need to tell us more - what brand memory are you using, what case, power supply, disc drives and graphics card will you be using?

Gigabyte P31-ES3G or EP43-DS3L. The rest of the system is good but you haven't mentioned the power supply or case. I'd recommend the Antec Three Hundred and Earthwatts 380W PSU.
