Hi guys and thanks for this great forum. I have a v220 and have done a lot of stuff to it based on what I have read here. Anyway, I saw a post somewhere and I can't find it again. The post had info on what all the text stands for in a flash file. Does anyone know where this post is, link? For example, I have the following file. R365_G_0B.D2.2ER_PDS004_LP0003_DRM0001_JPJAVA_G_0B_V220_01_03_63R_GSIV220M0CIN04NA16D_1FF.shx All I really understand in this nomenclature is that the flash has language pack 0003 (English) and is for use on the v220 with PST. What does all the other text mean? I remember reading that you can tell how old/new the flash is and whether or not it is the final version. Thanks for any help!
One more question... If the above file fore example, contains a language pack, flash, and flex, is there a way to use PST to strip these components from the pack and use them separately. Thanks again! nons
R365_G_0B.D2.2ER_PDS004_LP0003_DRM0001_JPJAVA_G_0B_V220_01_03_63R_GSIV220M0CIN04NA16D_1FF.shx All right... R365_G_0B.D2.2ER = flash version (though I don't know what?) LP0003 = lang pack 3 JPJAVA = japan? java v220 = v220 GSIV220M0CIN04NA16D = flex version What do the numbers mean in the flash version? What is PDS004? What is DRM0001? No idea on this one 01_03_63R? Help?
