i own a hp 100i its a dvd+rw i've noticed that the bank disks are really expensive and i want to change formats to a cheaper disk i have read that dvd-r is very unexpensive .....so that way i can just split it into two disks and not loose quality. so which brand can i buy that will be more compatible with dvd
You can buy the hp200i which DVD+R and DVD+RW compatible. This way you can save money by buying DVD+R instead of DVD+RW.
Hey there, I'm currently using a Pioneer DVR-A04/104, and using cheap princo blanks. I've made bad DVD-R's but it was due to user error! ;-) It would be nice if it was quicker, but it does the job in an hour per disc. I've made 10 DVD copies, and they have worked fine! No problems to report, and DVD-RW's work as well. Was able to play the DVD-R/DVD-RW's on an older Pioneer DVL-700 laserdisc/DVD player with no problems. Daniel
