I am planning on getting a flash cart however I do not know which one I should get. All I want to do is play GBA games and NES games on my DS. Also I don't know how to use the flash cart however I assume it is just change the file name to nds or something then put it on the cart.

Also I have heard that cyclo was the best one to get for the money and it is easy but you guys all seem to like Acekard.

Get the cycloDS + 3in1 EZFlashV (for GBA games). You wont regret it. They do not have a DSi version thou, but i'm assuming your talking about a DS Lite.

edit: I've had mine for 2 years and its been great.

You're right I do have a DS Lite and I hear that one recommended more often so I will look into it.
Where is a good place to buy them at?

I have R4 original, G6Real, EZFlash V, CycloDS, EZFlash Vi.

I only use the CycloDS right now as my main card. Just got the Vi and I'm testing it for compatibility, etc.

If you are in the USA, realHotStuff is my choice for speed and reliability for CycloDS.

I got mine from a Canadian retailer, gamersection.ca

but you can check out their official forum for other places:
    http://www.teamcyclops.com/forum/

At the bottom they have a 'vendor forum' full of feedbacks.

This is definitely a google it question but since I am on a school computer I cannot google. Is the 3in1 and cycloDS two different products? If it is how much do you think it will cost? Is it as easy as changing the files names then putting it on the flash cart?

I bought these in the following order:
    R4 Original --> G6DS --> Ezflash V+3in1 --> Supercard DSone --> Acekard2i --> EzFlash Vi
Also tried out DSTT and EdgeDS.
R4 is in the bin, G6DS is unreadable by my PC. My fav is Acekard2i - easy to use and Cheats function is brilliant. ;)

I just got my R4ultra from depot888, the price is $8.99. But it's better to get a bundle which includes a TF card.

BTW I am getting a cycloDS for about 60 or 70 bucks straight from there website then I will try getting the 3in1 thing later on.
I don't mind playing NES games for now.
Are flash carts illegal to buy anyway because everytime I ask somebody to buy it off the net for me because I cannot do it they always ask if it is illegal.
