Which is a good brand and is there any specific burners you have in mind? Oh and what are some good brands of the lightscribe cds/dvds? Thanks!
I have a few friends who bought a Samsung for only $27.00 and they love it. To each their own, but I think it's great for the price and the company is terrific. You can get it at Newegg which is a great site for everything PC related. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16827151155
Using any LightScribe drive to burn discs is pretty failsafe. BUT to use a LightScribe drive to label a disc is another matter. I have found any LS drive to label discs to be way too slow (up to 30 minutes!) and the 2 color labels leave a lot to be desired. To make a professional disc label one should use a color disc printer such as the DiscPainter or another document/disc printer (although many of those have limiting issues).
I jut got LG H62L SATA. It is a lightscribe, which I am not to crazy about, but burning DVD-DL is almost perfect burn.
