Try CDex http://www.afterdawn.com/software/audio_software/cd-da_extractors/cdex.cfm Remember that ripping to MP3 is actually a 2-stage process. The CD audio is ripped to harddisk in WAV format. Then, the WAV is compressed into MP3. CDex can also decompress MP3s back into WAV format (ugh - try to avoid if poss.) You can then burn low-fi CDs with any burning software ie. Nero L8R
