Could anyone please tell me what is the best and easiest as well as less time consuming software to use to make backup copies of my dvd collection. I recently purchased a dvd+rw writer. I have tried many dvd rippers and decoders but the audio is never in sync with the movie and it takes about 12hrs just to do 1 movie. I thought buying the burner would allow me to backup my store bought dvd's but I have not found a fast and easy program to work with as of yet. Any help would be appreciated.

    amikayla,
Have you tried DVD Shrink ?? It's free, will rip your movies in generally 30 to 40 minutes.
It allows you to compress your larger DVD's to the necessary 4.36GB keep in or remove menus and trailers and provides you with a nice neat VIDEO_TS folder for you to have Nero burn for you.
Take a second and stop by here -

A powerful program, easy to use -
    Enjoy,
