I recently purchased a modded Xbox, and the way it would get to the modded dashboard was for me to hold the small button for 2 seconds. But now when I do that it does not even go to the Evox dashboard all it does is flash red and green, and nothing even appears on the T.V. I have no idea what to do have tried using smart FTP on my CPU to pull up my files on my Xbox, but to no avail there is no response. What can I do.

OK dude firstly I am to assume you have the controller plugged in and the video lead pushed all the way in if so then we need to try a Xbox original if you don't have one then go buy a mag with free demo disk.
    Did this load up????
No then we need to take the machine apart -- 6 torx screws underneath releases the top cover. Now check the cables for HDD and DVD drive in firmly. Great!! That means we have to remove these cables and the 3 torx screws holding the 2 cradles, now we can see the motherboard is the chip a screwed in x-cuter chip if not you may need to solder or get some one to solder the pins connecting to the chip if it is a screw in type then check this is tight but remember this screw is bedded in plastic and if you do this to tight you may crack the plastic shoulder. hope this helps.
Oh yeah what happens if the demo disk works.. try a backup if that works then the HDD needs to be set up again if not then back to take the machine apart. Have fun..
But I truely hopes something works for you..Goldenhawk.

It all depends on what dash you are using... I have sent you a tutorial site by PM.
