What ISP's moniter downloading?

    Can anyone list the ISP's who monitor downloads?
    I am just wondering if mine does, my ISP is SBC Yahoo.
    Or can you just tell me if there is a way if I can tell?

    All major ISP's wordlwide monitor traffic in one way or another these days.
    Depending on where you live, that can be a bad thing.
    But if you take care to take some steps and cover your @ss, and make sure you know the general law on downloading, you'll be a-ok.

    For example, in countries like France, Canada, Holland, and others, downloading isn't illegal.

    Oh, well im in the USA, and I have Peer Guardian 2, don't know if this will help me, but maybe.
