What makes this DM800HD so cheap?

    Hi,

    I want to purchase a DM800HD. I've looked around and this place seems to offer the best price by far:

    BOOT 76 M Tuner Dreambox 800 HD PVR S/C Receiver, DM800

    Has anyone bought one of these of this site? I've only ever seen them this cheap buying direct from Chinese sellers.

    I notice that it is BOOT 76. Would I correct is saying that ideally I should be looking for BOOT 82. Does it really matter?

    My other option would be to buy of AliExpress from China. Has anyone had any bad experiences with this?

    bootloader 82 is irrelevant. the best image is dream elite which works on all clones from bootloader 72 and above

    Im gonna get one from YaoXin. It seems any one whos bought from them has had a good experience. Price is €125 shipped to Ireland.

    Most sellers say that they mark the value as $30 and description as "Repaired Tuner" so it doesnt get caught. I dont have any first hand experience myself but from what I hear it should be ok if the seller does that.

    If you are considering buying from china Google YaoXin and have a look at the feedback for them on forums. They seem to be the most reliable. Email Tina if you are buying from them and mention you were referred to them and they give you bout $3 off. Every little helps!

    I bought several boxes from yaoxin with no problems except you will be caught from customs for 24 euro if they send by dhl..so ask them to send by mms
