what opens an iso. file?

    i was given office xp 2003 on cd, and it was saved as an iso. file and i have no program that will open, any suggestions on what will open this?

    win iso is also a good tool, they also have a DL that will work for a few weeks, then you have to buy or stop using.

    If it was burnt in a cd as an iso, then just run it from the cd...

    ISO Buster is good and probaly the most common on here. You need to get ISO Buster on your PC first. Then you need to convert whatever it is you are trying to open into a image file. You'll know when It's a image file because it'll have like a CD or DVD logo as an icon or thumbnail.
