what programs to use for video segmentation

    Hi,
    I need a program to seperate my video into key frame and individual shot. what are the recommanded ones?

    You could go free:
    Windows Movie Maker 2

    Or you could use:
    Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5

    Movie Maker is easy to use if you're just starting out and I'm pretty sure Microsoft has a tutorial within their site for the program.
