what should i do? i'm lost right know.

    i'm having problems getting a dvd backup on one dvd with menu's and extra's. what programs should i use. i can follow directions very well if there not vague on discription. like leaveing out the little things that they asume people all reday know. i hope i have explained my problem so you can understand. thanks for your help.

    If you have still problems, then try open that movie first some software player and then try SmartRipper or DVD Decrypter once again..
