I have a small project I want to do. I am looking for a Video editing program that will let me take a whole music album file (MP3) and dub it to play over the original audio of the movie and repeat. The movie will be about 1.5 hrs long and the album will play about 2.25 times throughout.

    Any suggestions?

I don't know of a video program that will merge audio streams.
Audacity can mix audio streams easily enough and AviDemux can replace an audio stream in a video but your question is too general to answer without knowing the source video type and the destination type desired.

Roxio Creator 2010 will do what you want. I am not sure about the N ero software, but it may be able to do what you want, too.

If you have questions on how to do it, with the Roxio software, I can help you. I haven't used the N ero software, in years, though.
