What to know about sound cards.

    I have 5.1 surround speakers with woofer. I was thinking about buying a sound card. They sound pretty good, but I would like to get the most out of them. What should I know b4 buying?

    The Audigy 2 ZS is pretty good all round sound card, they doa value version as well

    If I get that sound card is there any type software I need to get with it?

    Just use the drivers that come with it or you could download the beta drivers from creative, it supports up to 7.1
