What's a good program for recording clips from movies?

    What's a good and easy 1 to use for recording clips from movie etc.

    Please explain your Question in More Detail...What Type of Movie File?? Do you Just want to edit Parts out of a Movie File or is the Movie still on DVD and what is the Format of the Movie ect...

    Oh alright , an .Avi file , Like episodes of cartoons and stuff, to be able to record clips from them and save them as .avi files. get what i mean?

    Yup ...I second That...Virtual-Dub!!

    Just make sure you have the "Video" set to "Direct Stream Copy"...

    hmm I thought I tried this once , and it was really hard to use, is it?
