I use Clone DVD but lately I have been getting a lot of "burn failed" messages. I am wondering if this is because of new dvd protection things. Is there a better dvd back up program like clone dvd?. I had dvd clone2 as a trial but I could not figure out how to use it. lately I've been using DVD decrypter and shrink.

Thats another problem I have had. I had ANYDVD in the past. I guess it was a trial version. I was able to get a hold of the full version of ANYDVD, but when I install it It tells me my trial has expired. I then used ADD/REMOVE programs to remove the old ANYDVD program but,I still get the the same "Your trial has expired" message. It's like my computer never removed some info about ANYDVD from the past. Do you know how I can clean that up so i can install my full length version of ANY DVD?

When you buy the program Slysoft will send you an activation key via email, this unlocks the previous trial installed and you will have full use of the program. Once your trial period is up you have to buy the program....or there is the free method listed by iluvendo

lol godzillla you think slysoft is going to make it that easy to where you can uninstall and reinstall as many time as you want for free ain't gonna happen you are going to have to buy it or reformat windows every 21 days to keep anydvd.

dvdfab decrypter is freeware that doesn't expire

Agree with Zoso here. I get kind of sick of hearing this question from people. These programmers work hard to constantly provide a good program that allows you to back up the movies you own. If you like the software...buy it and support some of these people that make that possible.

Or use DvdFab as suggested. It's freeware and updated very often.

    Edit: Spelling and grammar.
