Whats the best internet security suite or antivirus at least?

I'm currently looking for an internet security suite at the moment, but before I get one I want to know what most people think is the best. Any help please guys.

 

Hi gooner187, I really hope you HAVE something installed as we speak! If not, careful where you "go" for the interim. If you use the AD link below, you'll see there's freeware apps and shareware apps/options.

The freeware apps on my rig (so far) are,

AVAST
AD-Aware se personal

These are other weapons added to the arsenal, and work quite well.

if you want the best get Kaspersky Internet Security 6.0 its been the number one rated VS program for a few years now.

a couple others the consider are NOD32 and Trend Micro™ Internet Security 2007 which i have but i am switching the Kaspersky next time around
