when i ftp

ok i have my xbox modded i have flash fxp. i followed a tut to the dam letter but when i try to connect i get this

[R] Connecting to 192.168.0.3 -> IP=192.168.0.3 PORT=21

[R] Connection failed (Connection lost)
[R] Delaying for 120 seconds before reconnect attempt #1

also it says that
local area connection
a network cable is unplugged
(thats probably the problem)

how do i fix it?
i have a ethernet cord running from the back of my computer into the xbox.

 

it is a crossover cable becuz a normal ethernet cable dont work unless your going through a router or hub

 

then wtf can i use as a crossover cable?
the only port going into a xbox is a e-net port

 

a crossover cable is an ethernet cable but made for pc to pc connection.

 

then what kind of cord is crossover cable? cat5?

 

oops... i just found out on bestbuy.com ... crossover cable is called.... crossover cable.
i just figures that it was a nickname for another type of cord
