Topic says it all. When TMPGEnc gets about 10% done encoding my computer completely shuts down. No blue screen no warning prompt, nothing. It just turns off. What the hell is going on. I tried a new copy of the software and it did the same thing. I'm so confused, your help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Your PC isn't overheating is it? Encoding a big file will put your CPU to the test. My CPU temp goes up by about 8C to 10C when I use TMPGEnc on a large file. If your running hot to begin with this might be enough to shut it down. Just a thought.
