Where can I buy an AceKard 2i?

Hi, I was wondering where to buy one because I can't use paypal, just a credit card and a place that is in California (Because of shipping). So, is there a website that sells AceKard 2i that is in California and uses just a credit card number? I also wanted it to be cheap.

Is the cheap one at DX genuine Acekard 2i or is that low price too good to be true? I own a M3 Real for my DS Lite but I might get a 2i for my niece. Assuming that she'll be getting a DSi eventually.

Btw what is the legality of importing flash carts in Canada? I bought my flash cart set from Kickgaming but that's domestic so Customs doesn't check that. I heard that flash carts are banned in Japan. I'd preferably want to order the Acekard 2i from DX because while I appreciate what Kickgaming does, it's too expensive to buy from them and other Canadian retailers. They basically mark the price up by more than double over here.
