Where do i post this Q problem with Eurovox HELP!

    OK i know this is probably in the wrong section but im hoping that someone will come along and tell me where to post this correctly to get some help.

    I have purchased a Eurovox ex7000 HD+ box and all chanles are scrambled.
    All i know is i need something called firmware or flashing?? i have a USB thing but please PLEASE can someone tell me what to do as im going crazy! im not a very technical person, so please explain as simply as pos and tell me where i get all this stuff from
