Hi, I've ripped a few dvd's using DVDecrypter and IFOEdit and they've turned out fine. But a couple (Centre Stage and A Knight's Tale) have no sound. Can anyone tell me why this is and what I can do to fix it?
I've noticed that both the original dvd's are by Columbia Tristar - could this have anything to do with it?

    Are you stripping out extras?
If so are you leaving just the DTS soundtrack?
If so do you have a surround sound amp?
If not you won't hear the sound as it isn't downmixed to stereo.

    just a guess.

That or you aren't ripping the sound at all, or are stripping out all the sound

Another thought - I was nearly caught out with some extras on a DVD where the only Audio track was on track 3! Track 1 was silent
    Worth checking?
