what can i save my converted dvd file onto to take it somewhere else. I dont have a dvd burner in my computer so i want to copy the dvd file to a cd or usb drive or something to take it to my friends house. Can i do this?
CD - probably not since CDs have a capacity of 800MB and DVD is 4.7 to 9.4GB. USB stick - possible. You need at least 8GB (16GB to be safe). The main thing is whatever you use, it has to be at least as big as the file you are attempting to transport.
