where to put plug-ins

    I downloaded plug-ins for photoshop cs2.....i have the file but i dont know where to put it..anyone know where to put the file??
    oh yea...what the hell are plug-ins?

    Did you notice that in photoshop there's a "help" option ?
    have a look there, the use of plugins is explained in detail.
