Which Box is the best??

i am completely new to this and i don't know anything. i live in the uk with NTL broadband and telephone.
which box is the best to sky sports and sky movies for free?

i don't really care about internal harddrive and all the other things, i just want a good long lasting reciever where i can watch all the channels and also want it self updating so i don't have to do anything by myself.
